Payment Terms
A deposit required before the move is scheduled. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Money Order, or Check. If a check is returned for any reason, the customer must make immediate payment arrangements. Failure to do so may result in legal action to recover the amount owed.

Customer Responsibilities
Provide a copy of the mobile home title showing ownership. Provide proof that all taxes are paid prior to the move. Ensure the home is unskirted, unhooked, and ready for transport, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Notice of Possible Damage During Move
The customer acknowledges that moving a mobile home may result in: Damage to wall coverings, ceilings, trim, doors, door casings, and windows. Shingles or siding becoming loose or lost during transport. Tire blowouts that may damage insulation or floor joists. Any repairs resulting from these conditions are the customer’s responsibility. If a tractor, wrecker, or additional equipment is required, the customer is responsible for those costs.

Insurance
Insurance coverage is provided only for collision or upset while the home is being transported. This coverage does not include cosmetic or structural damage that may occur under normal moving conditions.

Estimate
A detailed estimate and cost breakdown will be given to the customer.
